Gasolina offers fashion apparel and accessories through its online store.
We make every effort to display our products, colours, descriptions, and pricing as accurately as possible. However:
- Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and photography lighting.
- Minor variations in fabric texture, embroidery, print placement, or handcrafted details are normal and are not considered defects.
- Product availability is subject to stock.
We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product without prior notice.
3. Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
Prices may change without prior notice.
In the event of a pricing error caused by technical issues, human error, or system malfunction, we reserve the right to cancel the order. If payment has already been received, the amount will either be refunded through the original payment method where legally required or issued as a Credit Voucher, as applicable.
4. Orders
Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to:
- Accept or reject any order.
- Cancel orders suspected to be fraudulent or placed using incorrect information.
- Limit quantities purchased by an individual customer.
- Refuse service where required by law or for operational reasons.
If your order is cancelled after payment has been received, you will be informed accordingly.
5. Payment
We accept payments through secure third-party payment gateways.

- Partial Cash on Delivery (where available)
Your payment information is securely processed by our payment partners. Gasolina does not store your complete debit or credit card details.
6. Partial Cash on Delivery (COD)
Partial Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders.
Customers choosing this payment method are required to pay an advance amount of ₹200 while placing the order.
The remaining balance must be paid to the courier partner at the time of delivery.
The ₹200 advance payment is strictly non-refundable, including but not limited to the following situations:
- Order cancellation by the customer.
- Refusal to accept the parcel.
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery address.
- Customer unavailable during delivery.
- Delivery failure due to customer-related reasons.
- Change of mind after placing the order.
The advance payment cannot be adjusted against future purchases or replacement orders.
7. Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped according to our Shipping Policy.
Estimated delivery timelines are provided for reference only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Gasolina shall not be held responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics partners.
8. Returns, Exchanges & Credit Voucher
Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy.
Unless otherwise required under applicable law:
- Refunds are not offered.
- Eligible returns are processed through a Credit Voucher only.
- Credit Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
- Sale products are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or Credit Vouchers unless they are damaged or incorrect.
9. Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled before they are dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Approved cancellations will be processed in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.
